Any delay in providing these materials may affect the project timeline. Click You Design will not be held responsible for delays, errors, or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect information shared by the client.

Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made according to the terms mentioned in the invoice or agreement. Work will begin once the initial payment or agreed deposit is received. Once a project has started, payments made for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, the client is required to pay for the work already done up to that stage. If payments are delayed, Click You Design reserves the right to pause or discontinue the project until dues are cleared.

Ownership and Copyright

All creative materials, designs, campaigns, strategies, and content developed by Click You Design remain our intellectual property until the client has made full payment. After full payment, ownership of the final approved materials will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Click You Design may display completed works for portfolio, case study, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in advance. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or misuse of Click You Design’s materials is strictly prohibited.

Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to do so responsibly and lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt or damage the website, misuse its content, or collect user information without consent. You must not upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to take necessary legal action to protect our reputation and seek compensation for damages caused by such behavior.

Determination of Services

Click You Design reserves the right to terminate a project or service if a client violates these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical or illegal activity. Upon termination, all ongoing work will stop immediately. The client must pay for all work completed up to that point. If the termination is due to a breach of terms, Click You Design is not obligated to refund any payments already received.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to our services or this agreement will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
